Integrity is fundamental to how Dynamic Vision Inc. operates. This Ethics & Compliance statement sets out the standards of conduct we expect of ourselves, our employees, and those we work with, and reflects our commitment to international anti-corruption and good-governance standards.

• We avoid conflicts of interest and disclose them where they arise.

2.Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption

We have zero tolerance for bribery and corruption. We comply with applicable anti-corruption laws, including the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and the UK Bribery Act 2010. We do not offer, give, solicit, or accept bribes, facilitation payments, or other improper advantages.

We identify and manage actual, potential, and perceived conflicts of interest to ensure our advice and services remain objective and independent — particularly in our assurance, verification, and advisory engagements.

4.Confidentiality and Data Protection

We protect the confidential information of our clients, partners, and employees, and handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection laws.

5.Sanctions and Trade Compliance

We conduct appropriate screening and comply with applicable international sanctions and trade-control regimes in the jurisdictions in which we operate.

6.Speaking Up

We encourage employees, partners, and stakeholders to raise concerns about suspected misconduct, fraud, or breaches of this policy. Concerns may be reported confidentially to info@dynamicvisioninc.com. We prohibit retaliation against anyone who reports a concern in good faith.
